It’s that time of the year again. Sally from The Rivendale Collection has released her latest range of patterns, and I honestly think that these are my favourites! Sweet, whimsical and romantic. Beautiful projects which are a joy to stitch and create.
Sally has combined piecing, applique and stitching in her projects which is just perfect for new sewists wanting to work on their skills, or the more seasoned quilters wanting a lovely sweet project to make for a their home or for a friend.
The "Mother" or the “My Mother, My Friend” cushion projects would make a lovely gift for Mothers Day (which is quickly approaching). With only a few weeks until that special day in May, now is the time to start creating.

And let’s not forget a Grandmother on Mother’s Day … or for her birthday… or for no other reason than, because. This is called Grandmothers Heart.
