What do you do when the coaster you keep in your sewing room, mysteriously disappears?
You make a newer, brighter, cuter one – of course!

The pattern is from the book ‘Sweetly Stitched Handmades’ by Amy Sinibaldi and there is a fun sew along happening over on Instagram right now #SweetlyStitchedSAL
I bought these fabrics from Studio Mio at a craft fair recently. These prints were the surprise centre of a scrap bundle. The Sydney Craft and Quilt fair is on in a couple of weeks and I plan on stocking up on more cute fabrics, linen and purse kits from Studio Mio. Oh and ric rac. And trims.
I love ric rac and trims. How about you?

Gorgeous! And very clever :) Ric Rac is so pretty & reminds me of my childhood, my mum used to have plenty on hand for sewing projects :)
ReplyDeleteRic rac has a way of adding magic to any project. The fabric you've used is particularly yummy!
