New and Nameless

I finally finished this quilt which has been a WIP for over a year. I won the charm packs from the Fat Quarter Shop – during a Talkin’ Tuesday (#talknt) on Twitter.

I look forward to sharing the details on how I made it – but first, it needs a name and I would love your suggestions.

It reminds me of the circus or a carnival. Someone suggested Kites … so I’ve toying with Carnival Kites.

So please, spam me with your suggestions. I’d love to hear what you think.

  1. How about Laughing clowns or something similar as you won the charms you used and that is all I could think of for fairground games. Or coconut shy, although I like the kites idea too.
Good luck with choosing a name, I know you will find the right name but I think it will be hard to work out just the right one.

  2. I saw kites also, at first glance, but then wondered if it could really be kites without tails, LOL.....BUT, carnival kites sounds good!

  9. I love this quilt. I like the name you picked too. When I saw the quilt it reminded me of something a court jester would wear. I just love all the colors.

  19. I know this is totally different from your other suggestions, but what about white diamonds? It's almost a reversal of the quilt itself :)
