One (+ a few) Flower Wednesday

I've been enjoying making my hexagon flowers in the evenings... on the couch... rugged up under a quilt or two.

It's cold, cold, cold here and today, being the shortest day of the year, means that we're half way through winter and summer is on the way. Yay!

Give me a few months and I'll be complaining about the heat ;-)

Looking back, I seem to have been in a green and purple mood.

So these have been my latest additions to my flower garden.

If you're in the mood for some more flowers, pop on over to Karen's Blog for the One Flower Wednesday linky list.

    Stay warm...

we are in hot temps now, so I'm waiting for the cooler months. But when winter gets here, I will be sitting under a quilt like you, hoping for the warm days. :)

    God bless and keep you,

  5. Ooh, I like your pink and green hexagon fabric. Freezing in Brisbane too but sunny. 5 degrees here last night. Thank goodness we are all quilters. There will never be a shortage of quilts in our houses.
