FOR TODAY 18 January 2010...

Outside My Window... A beautiful day outside -. perfect for my birthday today :-)

I am thinking... What needs to be done before the end of the day when my family come over for dinner.

I am thankful for... My wonderful husband who is making my day special and for my kids who are excited that their mum is having cake this later on today.

From the kitchen... Salads (pasta and potato) plus some charcoal chicken.

I am wearing... shorts and a t-shirt but will change clothes later so I look nice for birthday photos

I am creating... star block on "The Wish Quilt"

I am going... nowhere today, maybe tomorrow

I am reading... The first book by Charlaine Harris from the 'True Blood' tv show

I am hoping... that my birthday wish comes true

I am hearing... Sam watching 'Cars' yet again... all quiet on the Amelia front.

Around the house... nice and tidy for now after I vaccuumed and mopped like a woman possessed while listening to Sarah McLachlan on the stereo.

A Few Plans For The Rest Of The Week: Spend time with my in-laws while they're visiting from Melbourne. Spend some special time with Sam before he starts prep in a couple of weeks.
