City Adventures with Kids

We're in a big city - a city that we've often visited, but really don't know that well.

Flyboy is working so the kids and I have dragged their grandmother along and hopped on a Melbourne tram - with no set destination in mind.




Our main objective is to ride trams - but we've also set a few challenges to keep it interesting.

1. Find a yummy sausage roll for lunch.
2. Spot a red bus.
3. Find a lady wearing a hat with a feather on it.
4. Enjoy our day without spending vast amounts if money.

Exploring the city with kids CAN be a fun experience. I'm not preaching this - I'm just psyching myself up :)

Can you suggest any other "kid friendly challenges" for a day in a city?
