So with sick kids at home, in need cuddles and attention, I've spent a fair bit of time hand sewing on the couch (while watching cartoons).
I finished my Spring Mini quilt and was itching for more appliqué so I drew up a simple birdie on a piece of paper, made a template and got to work on my own little needle turn appliqué quilt project.
Here it is - my Twitter Mini Quilt. Still not finished, but you get the idea.
I was going to call it "Tweet, Tweet" but as there are 4 birds, I figured they'd make more of a Twitter sound rather than just tweeting.
Anyone interested in a Twitter Mini Quilt-a-long?
so cute Anorina.xx
ReplyDeleteA very sweet Tweet Tweet :)
ReplyDeleteI would be interested in a Twitter Mini Quilt-a-long. Or even just the birdie pattern. Those little birdies are so cute! They make me smile every time I look at them. I would love a wall-hanging with them in my sewing room.
