The LEGO Movie {GIVEAWAY CLOSED}

If you have a child, aged anywhere between 4 and 44, you will undoubtedly have heard them sing the “Everything is awesome” song… REPEATEDLY! And if it’s now stuck in your head (as it is in mine), I apologize.

“Everything is awesome” is a song, featured heavily in The LEGO Movie. A film which has captured the imagination and hearts of children everywhere. It has encouraged a wave of master builders to revisit their tubs of LEGO and create amazing… creations.

My kids are constantly playing with their LEGO and then calling me over to see their latest “creation”, which admittedly often requires explanation and demonstration… but they’ve used their imaginations, which is what it’s all about, right?!?

Emmet says Good Morning

The first ever full length theatrical LEGO movie follows Emmet (the little dude, up above), an ordinary, rules-following, perfectly average LEGO minifigure who is mistakenly identified as the most extraordinary person and the key to saving the world.

He is drafted into a fellowship of strangers on an epic quest to stop an evil tyrant, a journey for which Emmet is hopelessly and hilariously unprepared.

The LEGO Movie is now available to purchase on DVD, Blu-Ray and Digital Download.

With thanks to Roadshow Entertainment, I have one “The LEGO Movie” pack to give away. The prize pack includes The LEGO Movie on DVD, Book, Stickers, Bag and a couple of LEGO Minifigures. It’s the perfect pack for the LEGO enthusiast.

Enter the giveaway via the Rafflecopter widget below, OR leave a comment telling me something which you think is really quite “awesome”.

  5. I think Lego is pretty awesome. How many other toys are still played with from the time they are very young up to no age limit? My boys, now 18, 15 and 13, still bring the Lego out and build things. Thanks for the great giveaway. Somehow they never got to see the movie as we had too many things on. They would love to win a copy.

  17. Watching my husband (who is obsessed with Lego) build his Benny's Spaceship, Spaceship, SPACESHIP set is pretty awesome (he's doing it right now). He is completely enthralled and serious but every once in a while he will pick it up and make flying noises or shooting noises and fly it around his head. It's the perfect illustration of him and it's nice to see it after some stressful days!
