Julia Louis-Dreyfus plays Eva, a divorced and single parent who spends her days enjoying work as a masseuse but dreading her daughter's impending departure for college. White at a party she meets Albert (James Gandolfini) - a sweet, funny and like-minded man also facing an empty nest.  As their romance quickly blossoms, Eva befriends Marianne (Catherine Keener), her new massage client.

Marianne is a beautiful poet who seems "almost perfect" except for one prominent quality: she spends much of her time complaining about her ex-husband’s annoying habits. Suddenly it all comes together as Eva realizes that Albert is Marianne’s ex and finds herself doubting her own relationship with Albert as she learns the ‘truth’ about him from Marianne!

  1. Ohh, great giveaway! My last movie was also Turbo... sad really :-)

My favourite movie snack is a choc top and salty popcorn, eat the choc then press the ice-cream in the popcorn, eat and repeat.

    1. * WINNER* I couldn't resist the ice-cream, dipped into the popcorn idea. I must try this next time I go to the cinema.

  2. Last movie I saw was part 1 of The Hobbit on boxing day last year, will see the next installment this year.

I always take my own drink, bottles of water and pepsi, but I can't go to the movies and not have popcorn, small bucket all to myself

  3. I recently bought a big bag of popcorn and we have been experimenting with flavours. My favourite is a mix of salt and sugar, over a spray of olive oil. Sounds weird but is really yummy :)

  5. Now my boys are getting older, I don't get to see the great kids movies! They now go with their friends! I've heard this is a great movie. I love eating chocolate. If I'm watching a movie at home, I'll sometimes have potato chips. Thanks for the chance.

  9. Maltesers. They last a long time as I suck the chocolate off and then crush the crunchy centre

  10. The favourite snack is easy - Malteesers every time. The last time I went out to see a movie is a slightly sadder tale I have been to 2 movies in the last 4+ years. My brother and hubby and Mum and I all went to my mum's community cinema for a special showing of the latest superman movie a few months ago and before that it had been about 3 years. Having a toddler means both in terms of time and money we rarely treat ourselves to go out to a movie. It would be lovely if we win to have an incentive to get a babysitter and have some one on one grown up only time. I am sure I am not the only mum who thinks that.
