He plays Peter Kingdom, a compassionate solicitor whose life is overshadowed by the mysterious death of his brother. The series follow Peter’s life as he takes on responsibility for everyone’s welfare.
Set in the picture postcard town of Market Shipborough, the drama focuses on Kingdom’s dysfunctional family, the people he works with and the town’s residents, a tightly-knit community, full of quirky and charming characters.

  1. I only watched the first series of Kingdom -- once his sister became a regular character I couldn't stand it any longer!

    I do remember there was a lovely older woman that Kingdom was very fond of ... We older women are allowed to be eccentric, my 78 year old MIL says so! LOL

    -Dearest Lyle is my compatriot in quirkiness.
    We share the desire to appear poised and professional; however luck is not on our side. The more prestigious the occasion, the greater the likelihood of resulting embarrassment. If there is something to run into, trip over or break, guaranteed we'll do it.


  3. I think they would have to make a new character for all my quirky traints especially collecting I'm a mad keen collector of all kinds of things, they should add a horder
