My New Toy

I have this new toy which I bought from a lovely local lady.

I've wanted a quilting frame for the longest time, but kept thinking it would be something I'd buy when we move into our new (bigger) house.

Then about a week ago, this fairly new frame (plus machine) was put up for sale AND most importantly, it was local.

I couldn't pass it up.

So we've now moved into our smaller temporary house. Our couch barely fits in the room, but the quilting frame is assembled!

Priorities, right?

  1. oohhhhhh I want to know all about it once you've started using it. I'm always looking for ones online especially 2nd hand as people sometimes do sell up. It's something I"ve wanted too.....lucky girl. And you did the right thing, you'd be kicking yourself if you didn't!

  3. I've had my second hand frame for 9 months and already want a bigger better one, tension is my hardest thing to get right and going too fast so you get really big stitches. You will never go back to doing them on just your machine except if they don't fit on your frame. Have lots of fun
