The Inbetweeners movie {giveaway}

The Inbetweeners Movie - Ok, so this is not the usual film I would blog about, in-fact it was a film I knew nothing much about.  I had seen a few minutes here and there of the TV show but certainly had never sat down and watched it deliberately.

As we know Hubby comes from England and when the opportunity arose to receive a review copy, I thought it might be his cup of tea.

Firstly this movie is a little rude, quite crass, and very adult themed, and I laughed myself silly.  It is almost an English version of American Pie.  The story is based on four socially mal-adjusted best friends who have just finished school having an overseas holiday before they embark on University.  Like all sun loving Brits they head towards the med and the Greek Island of Crete.

It is the usual story of boys chasing girls with little success, drinking too much and losing all their money. The film is not for everyone with crude sight gags though it was balanced with witty dialogue and some very likeable characters.
The fact that I hadn’t seen the TV show didn’t matter at all.

The DVD is now available for sale.

With thanks to Roadshow I have 2 copies of The Inbetweeners Movie to give away.
